CAMELLIA BLOSSOM, INC. dba La Fleur Rouge is seeking CHEFS (multiple positions available) in BROOKLYN, NEW YORK to plan menu, cook, prepare and direct the preparation of Chinese styled dishes, including new interpretations of Chinese styled dishes with European and French influences according to recipes; prepare and supervise the preparation of Chinese styled food including new interpretations of Chinese styled dishes with European and French influences according to recipes; prepare meats, soups, sauces, vegetables, and other food prior to cooking; season and cook Chinese style food including Chinese and French fusion styled food and ingredients according to prescribed methods; serve portions and garnish food; assist in ordering foodstuffs, plans menus, and develops new Chinese styled dishes and new fusion dishes with inspiration from French and European influences; direct and supervise others in the cooking of various Chinese styled including Asian fusion dishes according to recipes or prescribed methods; and supervise culinary staff.
